What is Labiaplasty Surgery

Tim Method: An incision is made to remove the outer edges of the labia to make them inline or slightly shorter than the outer labia. This technique has the advantage of trimming away the naturally darkest part of the labia.
Wedge Method: Leaving the outer edges intact, a V-shaped “wedge” is removed from both sides of the labia and stitched back together.
What to expect during recovery?
After the procedure, your plastic surgeon will provide you with details post-operative instructions which should be followed precisely. Instructions will include incision care, hygiene care, and other important instructions which will ensure a safe and optimal recovery.
