Muhammad Ali Ilyas is a Clinical Psychologist in Dubai with experience across clinical psychology, psychotherapy, corporate wellbeing and community wellbeing. He takes a non-pathologising approach to psychological care, with a focus on meaning, purpose and community wellbeing.

Before joining Nafsi Health, Muhammad worked in clinical psychology and private practice, providing psychological support while drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and an existential approach influenced by the work of Irvin D. Yalom, Viktor Frankl and Ernesto Spinelli.

He has also worked as a corporate wellbeing consultant, trainer and public speaker, delivering psychological and organisational wellbeing training to organisations and speaking at events including TEDxIslamabad, TEDxUofLahore and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival.
