Non-Surgical Procedures

1.The Priapus Shot:
Known as the P-Shot for short, this is an all-natural enhancement procedure using platelet-rich plasma (PRP). A little blood is drawn from your body and processed, or spun, in a centrifuge to obtain a concentration of platelets submerged in plasma. These platelets contain proteins known as growth factors, and they are then injected into your penis under local anesthetic. The aim is to promote growth and rejuvenate penile erectile tissue, resulting in a harder, bigger and full erection. A series on injections is given over a period of 3-4 months with daily vacuum pump use to achieve a satisfactory result. This method is a safe and effective way to achieve general enhancement.
2. Dermal Fillers:
These Dermal fillers are mainly to enhance the girth of the penis, without enhancing the length or the strength of the erection. An advantage is that significant results can be achieved on the day of treatment. As filler material tends to be absorbed by the body, top-up injections might be needed after 12-18 months.
Hyaluronic acid-based penis injections have been used safely for over a decade, mainly to fill in facial wrinkles and increase lip volume. The latest-generation of fillers are used in penile enhancements and non-surgical nose jobs.

Advanced Surgical Penoplasty
A penoplasty is a surgical procedure that can increase the size of the penis by increasing either the length, girth (width) or both.
To increase the length, an incision will be made above the base of the shaft. Through this we can partially release the penile suspensory ligament, thus allowing the shaft to be brought forward, thereby lengthening it externally by, typically, one to two inches (2.5cm-5cm). We usually adopt a modified advanced technique to prevent postoperative shortening of the ligament.
Men with a prominent pubic fat pad may gain more visible length by doing a liposuction to this area. This increase in length is in the flaccid position only and some men may find that the angle of the erection may be slightly lower.
The increase in girth, involves a small amount of liposuction of the stomach or thigh areas to collect fat, followed by re-introduction of the fat by injection along the shaft. The usual increase in girth (circumference) is about 1 inch (2.5cm). The fat injection is done through a special cannula and so there will be no surgical incision.
Possible post-operative fat re-absorption and nodule formation can be minimized by mixing it with Stem-Cells. The girth enlargement is restricted to being slightly bigger than the tip. The enlargement of the shaft will be apparent in both the flaccid and erect states.
To ensure a natural appearance, we increase both the length and girth at the same time, although it is possible to have either only the lengthening or enlargement (girth). The functionality will be completely normal in terms of erection, sensation and urination.
A penoplasty is mostly a day-case procedure, and will be performed under local anesthetic with IV sedation (this is, not general anesthetic).
Sometimes we keep the patient overnight to avoid complications.
You will be completely pain free during the procedure, and will not remember anything about the procedure. The operation usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on whether you have enlargement, lengthening or both.
